This workshop will introduce you to best practice techniques in strategic thinking and business planning, in order to help you develop plans which align with your corporate goals.
Managers and Division Heads must conceive of and develop business strategies which underpin this mission and its related corporate objectives. They then need to turn those strategies into action plans, manage their implementation, and monitor and evaluate their results.

Pre-workshop
Participants will be provided with a” before and after” questionnaire designed as an aid to measure your learning on this workshop. It will help you focus on those aspects of the workshop where you consider you have most to gain in terms of new knowledge, ideas or techniques.
The Workshop
The course will be very interactive, placing emphasis on applying ideas and techniques discussed to situations in your organisation. Case studies will also help relate theory to its application in the real business world. Exercises, group activities and discussions will support the learning process.
Post Workshop (If required)
With individual coaching and support participants will transfer their learning and skills to the workplace. A choice of assignments will be issued to the participants to enable reflection on personal learning derived from the content and process of the programme
